Azize Şahin was born in 1980 in Istanbul. In 1998, she completed her high school education in Üsküdar / İstanbul. After graduating from Süleyman Demirel University in 2002, she worked in the field of Information Technologies for 13 years in education sector.

In 2010, she graduated from Anadolu University, School of Business Administration.

She worked as a project coordinator in many national and international competitions in the field of informatics. She planned and conducted trainings in animation, digital design, robotics, coding, mind and intelligent games for different age groups. With many years of experience in education sector, she continues 360-degree coaching model that enables students from different age groups to discover their existing potential.

In 2014, she received the certificate of “Education and Activities for Children” from Sakarya University and pioneered various projects aimed at providing coding training to children in pre-school education.

Mrs. Şahin currently has been working as a web developer, social media expert and student coach within the structure of R&M Consultancy since 2019. She is married and has one child.
