Founder, Management Consultant and Executive Coach, Family and Career Consultant, Psychological Consultant
Abdulrezzak Çil was born in 1972 in Trabzon. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Istanbul. After graduating fromSelcuk University, the Department of Sociology in 1995, he completed his master's degree at Marmara University in 2013 with his thesis study on Family and Marriage.
He has been carrying out his studies on the field of education and career in educational institutions and consultancy sector since 1995. He got the certificates of Executive Coaching in 2011 and Family Counseling in 2013. After working at different departments of various educational institutions, he worked as a managerofthe Career Center Departmentat the university. Between 2010 and 2015, he conducted a magazine and a portal as a social responsibility project within the scope of the project called Kariyer Penceresi.
In 2016, he completed his PhD in Psychological Counseling and Guidance at Istanbul University with the thesis study on “Career Uncertainty”.
Between 2013 and 2015, he taught Career Management at various universities. He prepared and presented a TV program on Education and Career Counseling for a period of time. Mr. ÇİL's various columns and articles were published in newspapers and magazines. He is the author of the book named “Career Journey” published by DIA Academy Publishing. He continued his studies on writing books, education and consultancy at DIA Academy Training and Consultancy Center, of which he was one of the founders.
Since 2018, he has been continuing in different fields such as individual and corporate consultancy, coaching of executives and executive candidates, consultancy on the institutionalization processes of family companies, and developing individual and corporate competencies with the Enneagram model at R&M Consultancy Center, which it was founded by him.
Mr. Çil is married and has two children. He stillconducts his studies on education,writing books and articles, givingseminars and conferences.
