Feyza Celen is a graduate of the Department of Educational Sciences (Pedagogy) of Erciyes University. She completed her” management leadership " courses at Gazi University Institute of Educational Sciences and has a master's degree in Psychological Counseling and guidance. In June 2019, she has completed her doctorate in" Management and Human Resources "at York University.

She worked as a psychological counselor, pedagogue, coordinator, guidance teacher, management representative and head of PDR Department at various private and public schools.

During her childhood, she studied “voice acting and theater” at TRT Ankara radio and worked as a program producer and voice actor on private radios. She has completed trainings on basic quality management training, internal auditing expertise, family counseling, basic and advanced hypnotherapy, EFT techniques, to assess individuals intelligence, talent and subconscious reveal elements on projective testing techniques, training, and MMPI personality test, schema therapy, and logo therapy.

In addition to the establishment, implementation and improvement of quality management in educational institutions, she provides individual and group psychological counseling, participates in television programs as an expert guest, provides pedagogical counseling for cartoon scripts and children's books, voices fairy tales and personal development messages, shares her articles on the blog page, offers trainings, training of trainers and workshops on subjects that support the personality development of students by combining them with theater techniques.
