Born in 1983 in Kadikoy, Istanbul, Kubra Vardar Ozkan completed her high school education at Nevzat Ayaz Anatolian High School. She graduated from the Department of Foreign Languages of Eskisehir Anatolian University in 2012. Working as an English teacher at Kadikoy Anatolian Vocational High School for a while, Ozkan later worked as an English teacher in various language courses. During her time as an instructor, Ozkan also received coaching training and also worked as an individual training coach.

From 2012-2015, she attended International Baccalaureate School and participated in numerous seminars and trainings on IB education. In 2014, she received the IB certificate of education at Arel College and in 2015 she participated in education in Budapest under the project Hungary – all is Green, Green is all. In 2017, Ozkan started working as an education consultant within DIA consulting and joined the R&M Consulting team starting in 2020. She is married with 3 children.
