Family Constitution

Today, many companies established around the world and in our country have a structure formed by family members coming together and each member fulfilling different duties. The biggest problems of these structures are the fact that there is often no written or verbal agreement when they come together to establish the company, and there is an environment where everyone strives to develop themselves in different areas for the growth of the company.

This leads to breakdown of interrelations and family relationships over time, wrong or incomplete information about each other, uncontrollable expenses, increased internal conflicts and many other problems. All these hinder the development and growth of the company and cause the company to dissolve over time.

As R&M Counseling, we organize the relationships between family members by identifying vulnerabilities. We make joint decisions by discussing all the details ranging from expenses of the family members to the arrangement of the relations between the members of the family and the professionals, succession planning, family council, board structures and their interaction with each other.

We then design and prepare these decisions in written form and in compliance with the principles of contemporary governance in the constitutional order. We make the constitution an integral part of the corporate culture as a permanent system by implementing and following it with the company.
