It is a test used for developmental evaluation of children between 0-6 years. It is used to identify possible developmental problems of the children and to take precautions for them. The test provides detailed information about the developmental periods of the children aged 0-6 years and their current situation. It has been developed in Turkey; therefore it provides more accurate data and interpretation as it is in accordance with our culture.

The specialist gets information from the parent and observes the child. The questions that the parents are asked aim at assessing the different, but interrelated linguistic, cognitive, fine motor, gross motor, social skill, self-care areas of development.
